Nitrogen- Nitrogen makes up 78.1% of Earth's air volume. Body weight is 3 % nitrogen. It has a biological role in proteins.
Phosphorus- It is highly reactive (Halogens) and poisonous. It is used in Fertilizers. It has a biological role in DNA and RNA.
Arsenic- In the Victorian era, arsenic was mixed with vinegar and chalk, which was later eaten by women, in order to make their faces paler.
Antimony- It is hard and extremely brittle.
Bismuth- It is used in pepto-bismol and is heavier than lead.
